Cavalier Perfumes ensures you the opportunity to return or exchange a product if it does not suit your taste, as you will receive product samples to test.

Terms and Conditions for the Golden Guarantee:

1. The sample is for testing purposes only; the main perfume must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
2. If the perfume box is opened, the guarantee becomes void.
3. The sample has the same scent as the original perfume. Body and hair perfumes also share the same scent, so only the sample should be tested, and the original perfume must remain sealed.
4. Customers can request an exchange within 7 days or a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.
5. The shipping fee is non-refundable as it is not reimbursed by the shipping company.
6. Once returned products are received by the shipping company, they are inspected within a maximum of two business days, and the customer is informed of the approval or rejection of the return request based on the product's condition.
