• Returns: Within 3 days from the date of receipt.
• Exchanges: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Terms and Conditions:

• Order Cancellation: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
• Golden Guarantee: Use the sample provided for testing before opening the main perfume. If you're not satisfied, you can benefit from the Golden Guarantee.
• Condition for Returns or Exchanges: The original perfume can only be returned or exchanged if it is in its original, unopened condition.
• International Orders: Orders shipped outside the Kingdom are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notice:

Dear customer, if your order has been dispatched and you request cancellation, the refund will only include the product amount, with the shipping cost deducted. Please note that the shipping fee is paid directly to the shipping company.
